Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please review before confirming any booking.

1. All bookings are non-cancellable once confirmed.
2. Refunds are issued only when the venue is unable to honour the booking. In that case the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days.
3. Date or time changes are not supported. Please review your slot carefully before confirming.
4. Any disputes can be raised by contacting BookMyVenues support within 24 hours of the booking.
